Program/Project Specific Responsibilities:

Involvement in budget planning, resource leveling, team training activities.

Supervise and coordinate the activity of the team, ensuring the team members are able to work at their maximum potential, with the highest focus and according to established priorities.

Report to the Line Manager about the organizational status of the team, including changes in the team membership and structure, changes in the employment terms of any team-members and any risks related to the team.

Drive and supervise the entire Hiring, On Boarding and Leave processes, being responsible for the engineers joining or leaving the team.

Perform all the People-Lifecycle activities – Target Setting, Talent Assessment, Development Plans, Succession Planning, and Performance Review – for all the team members.

8-10 direct reports/ team growth expected. Supervisory Responsibilities: Managerial role within aprox. This role requires managing the Development Quality (APQP) in Bucharest to perform global activities for customer programs and customer program activities.

Other revisions were created (2nd edition in 2002, and 3rd edition in 2009) as necessary for either automotive sector enhancements or ISO 9001 revisions.

ISO/TS 16949 (1st edition) was originally created in 1999 by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) with the aim of harmonizing the different assessment and certification systems worldwide in the supply chain for the automotive sector. IATF 16949:2016 (1st edition) represents an innovative document, given the strong orientation to the customer, with inclusion of a number of consolidated previous customer specific requirements.
